Report to: Service Supervisor
Opening: 1
Main Responsibilities:
? Coordinate customer service calls and provide the optimal customer care action to consumers with accurate data tracking in service ERP system.
? Dispatch and arrange field service engineer for customer’s service call and provide timely logistics support as necessarily.
? Coordinate and deliver spare parts for field engineers on a timely manner.
? Properly handle customer complain over the call and escalate to upper level for solution.
? Responsible for Service quotation preparing for service labour charge and spare parts to customer, and fulfil the relevant process and procedures.
? In charge of all kinds of service report consolidation and recording in service ERP system/database, producing service management report per requirements.
? Liaise with Accounting Team on payment and invoicing procedures
? Responsible for maintain the Service ERP System for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the data capturing.
? Assist Service Operational Manager in service spare parts management including forecast, safety stock, ordering and delivering.
? Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experiences:
Educational Background:
? Diploma or Bachelor degree
Computer Skills:
? Proficient in Microsoft Offices
? Familiar in Service ERP system
Professional Background
? 2+ years experience in service administration/call center
? Basic concepts and knowledge about Service Operation
? Fluent English in reading, speaking, listening, and writing
? Good communication, good teamwork, strong customer service sense
? Well organized and detail oriented
? Work under overload and independently
? Passionate in Customer Service. Pursue to long-term personal career development
Language Skills
? English: fluent
? Local language: fluent
