Job Purpose:
Under the leadership of the Service department head, this position will provide product training to customer, support service operation and project siting to enable the achievement of our customer satisfactory and service department objective.

Reporting Line:

Operational Tasks:
? Customer application training
? Customer complain processing
? Installation acceptance collection and maintance
? Accessory selling during customer visit (about half year later)
? Project siting documentation supporting
? Co-ordinate customer service calls to provide best attention to consumers and record all customer enquiry information
? Service Admin backup
? Other duties as assigned

Strategic Tasks:
? Support Service Department Head to delivery service with smoothly and high efficiency
? Provide customer appliance training to promote product brand and accessory (about later)
? Support Service Department Head to achieve service target
