岗位职责:

- To organise, lead and motivate HSBCnet teams covering various functions in GLCM Digital Ops Helpdesks, Channel Enablement, Client Services and Client Implementation
- To implement company programs, manage the department performance and initiate improvement initiatives in order to provide quality service to customers and improve operation efficiency.

任职资格:

- GLCM Digital Customer Operations; for set-ups / amendments of HSBCnet / Connect profiles, accounts & services
- GLCM Digital Customer Helpdesks; providing procedural and troubleshooting support as well as training.
- GLCM Digital Testing & Release Management; Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and Release Management for HSBCnet, Connect, ClientSphere, and GDOCS development projects
- GLCM Digital Channel Operations; providing 24 x 7 key services for all e-channels staff systems, including user access management, holiday tables, cut-off times and extractions
- GLCM Digital Business Production Support (BPS); providing support to all frontline teams (24 x7) in generating and managing tickets escalated to IT for resolution.
- GLCM Client Management; increasingly, the COE is being asked to take on wider business activities performed by GLCM Client Management, including Global Documentation (GDOCS), Client Implementation, and Client Servicing activities.
- GTRF Client Implementation; channel enablement for basic and intermediate complexity Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, and Core Trade products. Including client facing activities such as legal agreement execution and training.
- GLCM Sales Practice Management; preparation of Due Diligence and Request for Proposal (RfP) responses for GLCM Sales in Europe.
