Job Description:

1. Report to IR team Head;
2. Assistant in Results Announcement, roadshow, conference call and etc.;
3. Educate US or EU investors and analysts on the company’s business strategies and performance;
4. Cooperate with IR team to Develop and manage IR calendar to optimize the use of management’s time;
5. Draft/prepare bilingual files, including earnings release, PPTs, annual results etc.;
6. Develop key messaging for investor communications and global biologics industry overview;
7. Summarize IR report for industry, capital market, M&A, regulatory update quarterly;
8. Mainly responsible for meeting overseas investors on behalf of CEO;
9. Routine investor relations management, arrange investor meetings;
10. Maintain and update the Company’s investor relations website;
11. Collect relevant materials

Requirements:

1. Master degree or above, biology, pharmaceutical, finance, economy, or relevant major;
2. Exceptional business and financial acumen; an in-depth understanding of the global and Chinese biologics industry;
3. A natural communicator; strong oral and written skills plus strong presentation skills;
4. Excellent English writing and speaking, native-speaker level is preferred; Overseas background is required;
5. At least 3-5 years of experience in global biologics industry, especially worked for CMC or PM positions; plus around at least 2 years financial experience;
6. Ability to interact, collaborate and communicate with cross-functional leadership teams;
7. Capable to work under pressure, adaptable to business trips to US and EU;
8. Team-work spirit, take initiative at work and has a strong sense of responsibility;
9. Proficient in Office software, good command of PowerPoint.
