Principal Accountabilities

1. Be responsible for company routine publicity and the scheme of designing. 进行公司日常宣传、策划设计制作。

 2. AD graphic designing and words processing. Design, production and innovation of restaurant menu and related promotional materials. 广告平面设计、制作及其它图文处理；餐饮门店菜单以及相关活动宣传物料的设计、制作与创新。

 3. Set up a specification to standardize the high quality, high reliability and high security. 建立规范以保持设计执行高品质、高可靠性和高安全性标准。

4. Coordinate with relevant restaurant managers/operation managers to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the activities.与门店经理/营运经理良好沟通，确保活动的有效执行。

 5. Arrangements there are plans to work on hand to ensure that the activities carried out in order有计划的安排手头的工作，确保活动有序开展和进行。

6. Lead the brand image, establish a good image of the customer in mind.引领及延续各品牌形象，树立在顾客心中的良好形象。

7. Communicate with cooperation to ensure that the quality of every projects de well controlled and accepted. 与协作方沟通，保证各类平面项目的质量极其时间的把握，成功的验收。

 8. Be responsible for design the maintenance and execution of control, constantly improving the design level to meet the needs of the development of the company. 负责设计控制的执行和维护，不断改进设计水平，以达到公司日益发展的要求。

 9. Utilize self knowledge and background of the field, control the cost effectively. 利用自身的行业背景和知识，在设计和制作上有效的控制成本。

10. Constantly enrich and enhance the creativity of the work. 不断丰富设计思路，提高作品的创造力。

11. Complete the design task independently and effectively. 独立、有效地完成设计任务。

 

Qualifications & Requirements

1. College Degree in Advertising or Designing

广告、设计相关专业大专或以上。

2. Proficiency in the use of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw design software, etc.

熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、CorelDraw等设计制作软件。

3. Familiar with the production of various types of printed materials, technology and processes

熟悉各类印刷品制作、工艺及流程

4. Outstanding creative ability.

具有设计思路，及出众的创意能力。

5. 具有一定的商业分析能力，有较强的逻辑思维，注重细节. 熟练使用PowerPoint、Excel等办公软件. Have business sense and analysis ability. Logical thinking and details focused .Proficiency in office tools e.g. PowerPoint, Excel. 6. Full of passion, sincerity and responsibility. 工作中充满激情、真诚及责任感。 7. Complete the design task independently and effectively. 独立、有效地完成设计任务。 8.
