职位描述

Review and analyze system specifications

Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans

Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

Evaluate product code according to specifications

Create logs to document testing phases and defects

Report bugs and errors to development teams

Help troubleshoot issues

Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

技能要求

Quick understanding of business requirements and applying them to test activities

Advanced knowledge of test strategy and concept

Good communication and cooperation skills

Advanced experience in Web, APP and mobile testing

Advanced knowledge about agile/scrum testing methodology 

Familiar with design and execute test cases base on different    platforms (e.g. Web, Android and IOS)

Familiar with design and clarification of test concepts and test    cases based on the overall test plan

Follow defined test plans and test concepts during test activities

Inferring and initiating measures to minimize risks for test    completion

Analyze business behavior and collect test data from business user

Familiar with test automation tools, platforms (such as Selenium, UFT, Appium, Robot Framework).

Develop and maintain auto test scripts for front-end, GUI and    back-end testing based on requirements with automation tools

Simulate user behavior and complete business operation processes

Execute load and performance test and report findings for system   optimization with automation tools (e.g. Jmeter, Load Runner)

Familiar with test result documentation using professional tools (such as JIRA, HP ALM)

Report detected defects during testing with test tool professional tools (such as JIRA, HP ALM)
