KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES: 

 Lead and manage multiple biologics discovery projects 

 Organize cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project while adhering to scope, schedule, and quality requirements.    

 Facilitate project-related communications between scientists and corresponding client teams.

 REQUIREMENTS: 

Experience in leading integrated biologics discovery project from target to PCC, with a track record of successful project delivery. 

 Experienced with biologics discovery process. Broad and deep understanding of drug discovery .

Strong background in biology (immunology, oncology, IO) and hands on experience in designing and executing corresponding bioassays .

Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and matrix structure is preferred .

Excellent communication, and public speaking skills; Fluency in English and Chinese.   

 EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):

Ph.D. or Master degree in biology or related field with 5+ years of industrial experience .

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE: 

 Experience in leading teams is a plus .
