Roles and Responsibilities 

角色和职责

As a team leader to lead the design team reviewing graphics and layouts and suggest improvements as needed 

Provide leadership on art direction 

To direct and develop creative concepts and provide guidance on creative aspects during implementation of projects/events 

To direct and initiate timely development of high-quality, innovative, creative concept and design according to clients’ requirements and needs 

?领导设计团队审查图形和布局，并根据需要提出改进建议

?在艺术层面上进行指导

?指导和拓展创意概念，并在项目/活动的实施过程中提供创意方面的指导

?根据客户的要求和需求，指导、启发并及时开发高品质的，革新的，创新的概念和设计

Qualification Requirements 

资历要求

More than 6 years working experiences in creative agency environment, more than 2 years as a team leader experiences, preferably in exhibitions and events 

Strong aesthetic sense for proportions, materials and space 

Experience in conceptualizing ideas and bringing these to realization as 3D environments and able to build & render in 3D Max 

Skillful in hand sketch and technical drawing in AutoCAD 

Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to work within a team environment 

Must be self-motivated and team player 

Able to work under tight schedule, overtime and work on a business trip 

?6年以上的创意公司的工作经验，2年以上领导设计团队经验，展览和活动方面的工作优先考虑

?对比例，材料和空间具有强烈的审美意识

?有把概念化想法在3D环境中实现的经历，并能够在3D Max中构建和提交这些想法

?熟练掌握AutoCAD的草图和技术绘图技巧

?有良好的英语和中文的口头和书面表达能力，能够在团队环境中工作

?有上进心和团队合作精神

?能够在压力下工作，加班和出差工作
