 1.  Construct linear model and non-linear model for sequence analyses

？ Familiar with linear model (including polynomial regression model) and modeling tools, such as Matlab, Octave, Python Numpy, or R

？ Familiar with non-linear model algorithm, such as CNN and RNN

？ Literature mining to find cutting-edge methods in data mining

2.  Performing sequencing analysis is plus

？ Experienced on DNAseq and RNAseq data analysis

？ Familiar with pathway analysis and gene ontology analysis

3.  Data presenting

？ Familiar with IgVtools or other genomic data visualization

？ Familiar with modeling result visualization (dimension reduction)

？ Good presentation skills
