Key accountabilities: 

 1.        Design and execute in vivo experiments to evaluate anti-tumor activity of novel immuno-oncology agents (large molecules) using animal tumor models   

 2.        Be responsible for tumor model establishment like CDX, syngeneic, PDX, humanized models and other cancer immunotherapy models. 

 3.        Execute PK/PD and other studies to support novel oncology drug research and development. 

 4.        Summarize, analyze and present scientific data to internal and external audiences and keep abreast of relevant scientific literature.   

 5.        Work with other colleagues /teams or CROs to develop new in vivo models or test the activity of therapeutic leads. 

 6.        Engage colleagues in cross-disciplinary scientific discussion, and participate in other related work.   Requirements: 

 1.      Bachelor or Master’s degree in biology, pharmacology or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or CRO companies. 

 2.      Hands-on experience with in vivo animal studies including handling mouse samples from tumor models or primary human blood etc. 

 3.      Prior experience in establishing and utilizing various oncology syngeneic, xenograft, allograft, PDX or GEMM and PDX models and cancer immunotherapy models. 

 4.      Experience and knowledge in cancer biology and immunology field are preferred. 

 5.      Good laboratory practices and teamwork skills. 

 6.      Be able to record and present results in both Chinese and English
