岗位职责：

1. 负责公司前台接待，电话接听及转接；
2. 负责收发公司信件、快递资料的整理以及分发工作；
3. 负责日常办公用品采购、发放、登记管理，办公室设备管理；
4. 维护会议室及前台区域的环境，保证设备安全及正常运转；
5. 完成公司日常行政事务其他行政协办工作。

岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历
2. 具备较好的沟通表达能力;
3. 责任心强，能按时完成工作；
4. 熟练电脑操作及Office办公软件；

                            

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and meet visitors; answer and transfer telephones
• Receive and sort company letters and express materials
• Purchase and follow up stationery and other office suppliers
• Maintain safe and clean conference room and reception area.
• Handle other administrative assistance work as assigned

                            

Key Requirements:

• College degree or above
• Good communication skills
• Hign sense of responsibility
  
• Good at office skills(PPT, Word, Excel etc.)
