【岗位职责】

1.协助功能安全经理准备功能安全相关的材料。

2.协助分析IC产品的失效模式，

3.协助计算IC的不同失效模式的失效率计算。

4.撰写功能安全相关的文档。

【任职要求】

1.熟悉IC的主要模拟电路类型，包括ADC, TX, RX，DAC, LDO,PLL等，对于其失效模式有基本的了解。

2.熟悉IC的主要数字电路的类型，包括FFT、memory、CPU、OTP等，对于其失效模式，保护模式有基本的了解。

3.英文熟练，精通英语技术文档写作。

4.对ISO26262有基本了解，优先考虑。
