We are seeking a highly motivated senior competitive intelligence analyst to join the Biologics Discovery at WuXi Biologics in Shanghai, China. The analyst will support the project team by researching, monitoring and analyzing competitor’s activity, and assist in identifying new research targets and market trends. This position requires rigorous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Education:

• Ph.D. in life sciences or related field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in drug discovery
• or M.S. in life sciences or related field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in drug discovery
• Experience in target evaluation, therapeutic antibody drug discovery and / or development is desired.
• Candidate with experience in CI is preferred

Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
• Ability to understand, interpret and present scientific data
• S/he should be a strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
