Description

The main tasks are to providing operational and administrative support to the regional sales team, focusing on making sure clients needs are met, assisting sales staff to achieve incoming order/sales/AR target, making sure of herself/himself and guiding sales staff to follow related company procedures. Reports directly to the Operation Manager and is positioned in Shanghai, Beijing or Guangzhou.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field.

Experience

Two years experience in a coordinator or sales support position.

Use of computer software

Perform multiple tasks and remain calm during frequent interruptions

Handle confidential material judiciously

Provide positive co-operation within the organization

Assess situations / problems and logically and creatively finding solutions
