Responsible for the overall Hansaton products management and related marketing activities to reach the sales target achievement and business growth.

Responsible for product management, including launch, phase-out, pricing, promotion etc.

负责产品管理，包括上市、下市、定价和促销等相关工作；

Conduct new products launch and old products maintenance.

进行新产品推出和老产品生命周期管理；

Develop annual marketing communication plan based on marketing budget including brand campaign, B2B&B2C promotion, event, etc. and follow up the executing process .

根据市场费用，制定年度市场推广计划，包括品牌推广，渠道和消费者促销，市场活动等，并跟进执行。

Responsible for communication with HQ, including marketing and product development.

负责与总部的沟通，包括市场和产品的进展等；

Work closely with KAM, provide professional support, including providing professional material, support marketing activities and some key training session.

与销售合作，提供专业支持，包括专业资料的提供，大型会议的演讲支持，个别重要培训会；

Responsible for updating products information.

负责产品信息的更新；

Other requirements by line manager.

上级主管布置的其他工作。

任职条件：

Bachelor degree ,Audiology is a big plus.

本科学历,听力学及相关专业优先；

At least 5 years PM / MKT working experience, HI related experience will be a big plus.

至少五年以上产品管理或市场工作经验，有助听器相关工作经验者优先；

Ability to work under pressure, Analytical and conceptual thinking, Creativity and ability to change.

有能力承受压力工作、分析性及概念性思维、创造、革新的能力；

Willingness to perform and result orientation, Communication abilities and ability to assert oneself.
