To lead the Quality Assurance (“QA”) checks for the Branches

To ensure that Branch acts in accordance and adhere to the Bank's policies, processes and procedures.

To perform off-site and on-site QA checks on daily operations and customer services as per approved plan

To review periodically on branch's administrative/security matters

Check/Analyze reports and provide feedbacks on improving and strengthening internal controls at Branch to reduce operational risks.

Check on Branch staff deployment to ensure proper segregation of duties, dual controls as required are established and sufficient training are given to staff to handle their works.

Work with Branch's compliance to ensure regulatory matters are addressed at Branch.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree above
2. At least 5 years'experience in banking operation
3. Strong understanding of banking regulations, operational processes and risks control.
4. Willing to travel and be base, if required, on short term basis at different location is essential.
5. Able to work independently and lead team.
6. Good logical mind with strong analytical ability is required.
7. Strong communication skill.
8. Bi-lingual with strong proficiency in English.
