Job Description

a) Heading a team of 15 test engineers in our raw material test lab in Shanghai which cover all RB-AP BUs material tests.
b) Responsible for metals and plastics/rubber material tests including failure analysis and material release in close collaboration with our internal customers and external suppliers;
c) Handling collaboration with worldwide research purchasing and production locations regarding plastics/rubber and metal;
d) Develop external lab services .
e) Routine lab quality management including internal and external audit;
f) Enriching our organization with expertise in metal or plastics knowledge (especially in automotive industry products)
g) good team management skill and innovational capability

Qualifications

- Bachelor / Master / PHD Materials Science and Engineering background;
- More than 5 years material testing and analysis experience
- Rich experience in lab management;
- High entrepreneurial mindset, results and future orientation;
- Be agile and cost saving awareness;
- Leadership experience;
