Business Development Executive-Professional Solution
Job Purpose:
· Build Miele Brand reputation in the Professional sector
· Enable the achievement of the assigned turnover target
· Ensure the highest customer satisfaction
Reporting Line: Sales Manager Of Professional Solutions
Operational Tasks:
· Develop Miele professional business in South region of China, focus on Lab,Dental and Hospital field;
· To achieve turnover target through different sales channel (direct and in-direct);
· Well prepared and take part in the bidding and other activities/events of professional
· Work closely with sales and marketing / service / finance department, fully use the internal resources
· Timely follow up on all committed tasks & achieve agreed milestones
· Good sales habit and always keep updated SMP document
· Proactively working with team in all activities
· Continuously learning capability
· Other duties as assigned
Strategic Tasks:
· Extend Miele brand in Professional business
· Contribute to the formulation and implementation of sales strategy in line with the company's overall short- and long-term objectives
· Maintain/build good relations with customers and dealers.
· Build, consolidate and fully use the different external resources
Well manage the assigned key accounts, set account strategy, penetration plan, relationship plan, activity plan
