岗位职责：

1、为同事提供IT服务支持。

2、解决日常的网络问题或外围IT设备故障解决。

3、积极解决公司的IT需求，并能提供改善建议。

职位要求：

1、计算机或相关专业专科及以上。

2、熟悉并了解Windows / Office软件的安装、使用及故障排除。

3、熟悉网络设备（如Cisco / H3C等）优先。

4、有较强的学习能力和学习欲望，具有在文档中找寻解决方案的能力。

5、有较强的团队协作精神和服务意识。
