Job Purpose
岗位目的
The Maintenance Technician (Electrical) is responsible for fixing the common failure, and should assist the Facility Manager to ensure that all electrical systems are maintained per the preventative maintenance schedule.
维保技术员（电气）负责维修设备的常见故障，须协助设施管理经理确保厂房电力设备按预防保养计划进行维保。
Key Responsibilities
主要职责
1. Trained in maintenance and troubleshooting of high voltage supply systems. Must be able to read electrical schematics.
熟悉高压供电及其日常维护，必须懂得电路图。
2. Familiar with power utilization control.
熟悉低压配电及对各回路及终端用电管控。
3. Calculate the quantity of electricity and distribute the power loading to guarantee power balance in the building.
计算用电量，对用电负荷合理分配，保证用电平衡。
4. Monitor the electrical systems in order to ensure safe operations.
监控电力设备，确保电力安全运行。
5. Assist the Facility Manager to write a preventive maintenance program. Document that policies and procedures are being followed.
协助设施管理经理制定预防维保程序，确定维修保养的制度与程序。
6. Set up the maintenance spare parts inventory.
建立备品备件库。
7. Learn to expand the working capacity to other field, i.e. plumping, HVAC, etc. to match the “omnipotent” requirements.
通过学习扩展工作范围，如管道、空调等，以达到“万能工”的要求。
8. Be involved in the setup and the layout of facilities/devices when needed.
需要时参与设备的安装及定位的规划。
9. Perform additional duties as directed by superiors.
上级安排的其它工作。
Qualification
任职资格
1. College education or above and major in Factory Power Supply or Industrial Electric Automation; 5+ years or above maintenance engineer experience.
大专以上学历，工厂供电或工业电气自动化相关专业；5年以上相关工作经验。
2. Must have High Voltage Work License.
具有高压电工上岗证。
3. Familiar with knowledge of laws and regulations in safety operation.
熟悉安全用电法律法规和安全作业知识。
4. Have consolidate knowledge of electrical theory and capable of using and maintaining the electric equipment and component.
具有扎实的电气原理知识，熟练掌握电气设备及部件的使用和保养维护方法。
5. Familiar with automation control and have experiences of equipment maintenance and construction.
熟悉自动化控制，对厂房结构及设备维护有相关知识。
6. Capable of resolving various unforeseen circumstances and/or emergencies.
有解决突发状况或紧急情况的能力。
7. Good English ability of reading & writing is a plus.
具有良好的英语读写能力者优先考虑。
8. Skillful of using computer applications, and have knowledge of using AutoCAD.
能熟练地使用电脑，会使用AUTOCAD软件。

Qualification
