Job Purpose
岗位目的
The Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) is responsible for daily repair and maintenance of all production equipment. He/she should assist the Facility Manager to ensure that all auxiliary equipment is maintained per a PM schedule and results recorded.
维保技术员（机械）须负责生产设备的常见故障维修，他/她须协助设施管理经理确保厂房设备按日常维保计划进行维护和保养，并记录在案。
Key Responsibilities
主要职责
1. Responsible for management of spare parts and tools that includes storage, purchase and maintenance.
备件和工具的日常管理（包括库存、采购和维护）。
2. Responsible for daily auditing and recording of PM or other required checks for all the equipment.
所有设备的日常维保监控和数据记录。
3. Responsible for daily repairing and maintenance to all equipment.
所有设备的日常故障处理和修复。
4. Responsible for the preventive maintenance of the facility and production equipment.
生产设备的日常预防性保养维护。
5. Develop SOP for all equipment.
编写所有设备的操作手册。
6. Strive to improve the equipment performance that will include safety, efficiency, reliability and operating cost.
努力改进设备性能，包括安全性、效率、可靠性及运行成本等。
7. Be involved in the setup and the layout of facilities/devices when needed.
需要时参与设备的安装及定位的规划。
8. Learn to expand the working capacity to other field, HV/LV equipment, HVAC, etc. to match the “Omnipotent” requirements.
通过学习扩展工作范围，如高低压设备、空调等，以达到“万能工”的要求。
9. Perform additional duties as directed by superiors.
上级安排的其它工作。
Qualification
任职资格
1. College degree or above with major in mechanic or other relevant majors, 5+ years’ related work experience in maintenance.
机械专业或其它相关专业大专以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验。
2. Familiar with PLC, touch panel and racking system is desirable.
熟悉PLC、触摸屏和自动仓储系统者优先考虑。
3. Have good ability of resolving various unforeseen circumstances and/or emergencies.
有解决突发状况或紧急情况的能力。
4. Good English ability of reading & writing is a plus.
具有良好的英语读写能力者优先考虑。
5. High sense of safety.
具有高度的安全意识。
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Auto CAD.
