Job Purpose

岗位目的

Security Officer is responsible for the guarding and securing of the property and safety of all employees and visitors. He/she should monitor the CCTV and fire prevention system and assist the Security Supervisor to make sure that all the safety systems run well all the time.

保安员主要负责厂区安全和员工和来访者人身安全的保卫。他/她须监视监控和消防系统，协助安全主管确保所有系统随时运行良好。

Key Responsibilities

主要职责

1. Monitor all entrances of the factory according to the company safety policy; check the people and vehicles/cars/trucks in and out.

根据公司安全规章制度的要求守卫主要出入口，检查人员车辆出入。

2. Register and contact the Administration Division when have visitors, including express courier, employee’s personal visitors, candidates, caterer, and/or other scheduled or un-scheduled visitors. Accompany the visitors to the appointed place if needed.

有来访者时登记并联系行政部，来访者包括：快递员、员工私人访客、应聘人，送餐公司和/或其它有预约或没有预约的访客。需要时陪同来访者去指定地点。

3. Manage the parking area (including car, electrical bicycle and bicycle) to make sure all motor and non-motor are parked in order.

管理停车区域（包括汽车、电动车和自行车等），确保所有机动和非机动车辆停放有序。

4.Monitor the fire prevention and CCTV system to avoid fire accident.

进行消防安全的监控，避免消防事故的发生。

5. Patrol inside and outside of the building as scheduled to ensure the safety of the property.

根据计划在建筑内外进行巡检确保厂区安全。

6. Attend the fire prevention training/practice and be responsible for the rescue and/or handling of emergencies

参加消防操练，需要时负责救援或紧急事故的处理。

7. Assist Administration Division for the mail/parcel sending and receiving.

协助行政部邮件/包裹的收发工作。

8. Perform additional duties as directed by manager.

上级安排的其它工作。

Qualification

任职资格

1. High school or above, is willing to learn more.

高中及以上学历有较强的学习意愿。

2. Healthy.

身体健康。

3. Has the certificate of Fire Prevention works is a plus.

持消防岗位上岗证者优先考虑。

4. Experience of serving in the army is a plus.

有参军经历者优先考虑。

5. Basic English skill is a plus. And willing to improve English and work in an English-Chinese language working environment.

有一定的英文基础者优先考虑。愿意提高英文水平，在中英文语言工作环境下工作。

6. Capable of resolving various unforeseen circumstances and emergencies.

有解决突发状况或紧急情况的能力。

7. High sense of safety consciousness.

具有高度的安全意识。

8. Good communication skills and coordinate ability, strong consciousness of teamwork.

9. Must possess a high degree of integrity.
