a. Job description:
i. Initiate, manage and direct the complete follow up on styles/customer assigned from development to production
ii. Independent communication with accurate and complete information
iii. Correct material management to ensure ontime delivery while maintaining the correct leadtimes and profitability of the company
iv. Initiate and maintain Time and Action calendars and/or tracking tools accurately and complete follow up of same.
v. Responsible for building and maintaining proper working relationship with suppliers
vi. Support Quality department on all initiatives
vii. Goal of customer service to be topmost on priority
b. Qualification requirments
i. Min 2-3 years industry experience in factory preferred.
ii. Good English communication skills a must
iii. Has to be a good team player
iv. Must be able to do costing
v. Independent working with minimal direction
vi. Must have the ability to handle multi product blouses, sweaters, bottoms, jackets,
vii. Must have working knowledge of fabrics, washing, prints, emb
