岗位职责：
1、负责进行市场调研、了解户外运动鞋的发展方向、特点、流行趋势、专业技术、辅料等的搜集分析工作；
2、参与品牌战略，户外鞋设计开发(包括款式、面料、颜色、流行趋势、专业技术等)；
3、组织并完成与量产部门的衔接工作；
4、完成公司下达的开发指标和进度、组织订货会样品；
5、熟悉户外或运动鞋厂，协助工厂生产周期安排以及跟进工厂品质；
6、能有效做好成本控制；
7、了解量产流程，对鞋类行业标准及检测标准熟知。

任职资格：
1、从事名牌运动鞋产品设计或采购开发工作5年以上，男性优先；
2、.具备较强设计能力,对颜色敏感,对流行有敏锐的洞察力；
3、对户外产品及相关材料有所了解,熟悉产品打样开发流程,熟悉面料知识；
4、工作认真仔细,领悟力强,有高度责任,可承受工作压力，需具备创新能力；
5、能掌握基本绘图软件。
