About the Department

Client Fulfillment & Service

Job Responsibilities

  * Manage the BIB Support Hotine, provide tele-service of cash management and trade product for corporate customer

  * Working with branch and T&O teams to provide resoution for customer problems and issues

  * Provide documentation, testing as wel as training support for deal implementation

  * Manage to compete administrative tasks in accordance with internal process and procedure

  * Assist corporate customer with on-boarding process by giving proper advice

  * Any other ad-hoc activities as assigned by your manager

Job Requirements

  * Education: Bachelor Degree holder

  * Yrs of relevant experience: 2-3 above years of experience in cash management implementation/customer service areas

  * Specific knowledge & skills:？

1.Knowledge: Professional Knowledge in cash management product, trade product as well as clearing system

2.Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English.？

3.Computer: Good skill on Excel，OS browser

4.Other skills: Basic knowledge of KYC\account opening\local compliance rule
