职位描述：
1、负责团队管理，制定英文网站SEO策略并带领团队执行；
2、负责blog维护、网站内外优化、资源站积累与维护、友情链接交换等日常英文ＳＥＯ工作；
3、通过对网站的分析，提出前端、结构、程序等优化建议；
4、监控网站关键字，监控和研究其他网站相关做法，并围绕优化提出合理的网站优化建议；
5、及时关注google,yahoo等搜索引擎算法变化，探索新的推广方法；
6、评估、分析网站的关键词，以求帮助网站可以在此基础上提高搜索权重；
任职要求：
1、一年以上的B2C网站的SEO工作经验,

2.英语良好，能看懂英文网站，能熟练撰写英语语句或者段落，CET4级（或PETS3级）以上；
3、自学能力强，了解HTML语言，会CMS建站，会使用常用SEO工具

4、有过英文B2C类网站、外贸电子商务网站优化经验者优先。
