Duties：
职责：
1.Maintenance, repair and calibration of medical scales;
保养、维修、校准医用量具；
2.Installation and maintenance of the whole range of seca medical systems;
安装和维护所有赛康医用系统的产品；
3.Planning assistance to customers and coordination of third party services;
协助客户、协调第三方服务；
4.Phone support and remote assistance for customers on all technical topics;
在技术上可远程协助客户；
5.Frequent conducting of technical and user trainings;
需经常给技术人员和客户培训；
6.Continuous support and development of seca's service product range;
持续支持和发展赛康的产品领域；
7.Technical documentation and frequent service reporting;
编制技术文件和服务报告；
8.Support and maintenance of seca's technical knowledge database;
支持和维护赛康的技术数据库；
9. Coordinate government certification of imported products.
协助政府鉴定进出口货物。


Qualifications:
任职要求：
1. Graduate of technical institute or University in electronicsm electrical/ biomedical engineering or related fields or proven equivalent experience;
本科以上学历，电气或生物医学工程专业毕业，或者有类似工作经验；
2. Expert experience at electro-mechanical and IT-systems;
在电子机械和IT系统方面有丰富经验；
3. Experience in technical services within medical environment desirable;
有在医院领域当技术支持的经验优先；
4. Fluent English, both written and spoken;
熟练的英语书写能力和口语能力；
5. Willing to work normal and non-nomal hours as required to support the customers;
能根据客户的要求在非工作时间工作；
6. Willing to travel;
能适应出差；
7. Sound understanding of commercial terms;
了解商业条款；
8. Excellent user skills in Microsoft office products and Operating Systems;
熟练运用office软件；
9. Sound understanding of customer needs and their requirements;
能清楚的了解客户的需求；
10. Mature and tactful as well as skilled in interpersonal communication;
有良好的沟通技巧；
11. Ability to work in fast- paced, multitasking environment;
能在快节奏和工作多样化的环境下工作；
12. Highly organized;
高度的组织感；
13. Self- starter.
