职位描述
1岗位职责：
1. Audit, evaluate and approve new supplier to entry the supplier board.
新供应商的审核、评估，及进入合格供应商名录批准。
2. Implement supplier period performance evaluation with purchasing.
和采购一起，定期评估供应商的表现。
3. Make the annual audit plan for exist suppliers based on period performance evaluation, and carry out audits.
根据定期评估发现的问题等，制订并执行年度审核计划。
4. Give the support to project team on supplier technical feasibility for new components.
在新品开发阶段，针对供应商的加工能力给予项目组于支持。
5. Review the feasibility study supplied by suppliers for new components.
检查评估供应商的可行性分析。
6. Review the development plan of supplier for new components.
检查确认供应商的新品开发计划。
7. Monitor the new components development on supplier side, involving prototype, samples and run & rate. Visit supplier to witness if need.
监督、跟踪供应商的新品开发计划，包括OTS样件，正式样件和批量产品几个节点。如有必要，现场监督检查供应商的执行情况。
8. Review and approve the PPAP documents from supplier side.
检查、批准供应商提供的PPAP文件。
9. Implement the homologation checking on supplier site, or in house.
在供应商现场或公司内部，执行样品的确认。
10. Mass production quality problem follow up and give the feedback to quality plant.
大货产品质量问题的跟踪，并反馈给相应的工厂质量。
11. Ask supplier for the root cause analysis and corrective actions for new product, and 8D report for mass production defect.
跟踪确认供应商新产品开发阶段出现的失效的原因分析和纠正预防措施，针对大货的产品，跟踪确认8D报告的执行情况。
12. Request and manage the derogation internally if there is a request from supplier side.
针对供应商突出的让步接收申请，内部发起并管理让步接收申请。
13. Give support to the different SQE areas of the Group (facilities).
对其他区域的SQE提供支持。
14. Give support to the for the different Projects launch over the Group.
对其他区域的项目提供支持。
15. Push supplier the continuously improvement.
推动供应商的持续改善。
16. Coach core suppliers based on the proposal from purchasing.
针对采购申请的核心供应商，进行相应的辅导。
17. Other tasks from manager.
经理交于的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor, or similar; Mechanical major or similar.
2. 本科，机械专业等。
3. 3 years in quality management or control area, at least 2 years SQE work experience or similar.
4. 2年以上的质量保证或质量控制经验，并且至少2年以上的供应商质量管理经验
5. Familiar with machining, Aluminium alloy casting，pressure casting process. If understanding banjo or fitting will be a plus.
熟悉铝合金浇铸、压铸、CNC加工过程。如果有相应的接头行业的工作经验更佳。
6. Familiar with TS16949 or ISO9001, internal audit certificate will be a plus。
熟悉TS16949或ISO9001，如有内审员证更佳。
7. Knowledge and experience using “Core Tools” (CP, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D, etc.).
熟悉PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D, 并有实际的使用经验。
8. Metrology knowledge.
熟悉形位公差及测量技术。
9. Problem solved skill.
问题的解决能力。
10. Basic English in writing, basic oral (can improve faster).
基本的英语读写技能，能简单口语沟通，并且能快速提高。
11. Strongly communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
12. Computer skills, good at MS office.
熟练使用office软件。
13. Ability for frequency travels, have the drive license.
有驾照，并且能经常出差。
