Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the whole process of project deployment and product adoption;

2. Plan and conduct onboarding and training for new clients, and high-quality webinar for existing ones;

3. Conduct client meetings to communicate best practices, to develop plans for more function usage, to provide use case examples for leveraging key product functionality, and to communicate new feature releases;

4. Closely manage and nurture clients to identify and eliminate risk attribution;

5. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders within assigned clients;

6. Analyze client trends and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure quality standard, client requirements and product features are properly deployed and addressed;

7. Partner with content development team and provide content feedback to help improve training programs and materials;

8. Gain a solid understanding of products with ability to articulate how to best use and deploy the service.

    

Requirements:

1. Experience in providing training in a similar business environment;

2. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience;

3. Able to understand complex B2B software model and communicate it effectively;

4. Able to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks undergoing;

5. Able to work independently in a global team with a positive attitude;

6. A good problem solver with tech-savvy and an analytical mindset;

7. Self-driven, organized and detail-orientated;

8. Demonstrated strengths in interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills;

9. Native Chinese Speaker and fluent in English.
