1.1    遵守公司规章制度；

Obey the company regulations;

1.2    负责AS 日常系统维护，包括人员账号、权限等的配置；

Be responsible for system routine user account, authority configuration and management

1.3    负责AS LIMS, ELN, Empower 等系统应用开发及问题解决；

Be responsible for AS LIMS, ELN, Empower etc. system development and trouble shooting;

1.4    组织与各职能业务部门和用户沟通，收集应用需求，并能够转化为计算机化语言与开发供应商沟通，实现功能；

Organize and strength communication with multi-business units and users to collect requests. Communication with vendors let system function implementation ;

1.5    统筹规划AS各系统之间的关系，实现实验室信息化；

Oversee AS system, business process, laboratory informatics implementation;

1.6    负责与公司IT部门协调沟通系统数据存储策略；

Be responsible for coordinating with IT to have a strategy of data integration;

1.7    定期向直接上级汇报工作；

Report to supervisor of the job periodically;

1.8    完成上级领导交办的其他工作.

Finish the other jobs assigned by supervisor.

  人员资质：

1.1    具备本科及以上教育背景，有生物医药方面的背景则优选；

With the education background of bachelor degree, biological medicine or relevant major will be a plus;

1.2    熟悉分析科学背景优选；

Familiar with Analytical Science will be a plus;

1.3    熟悉LIMS, Empower 及ELN 系统优选；

Familiar with LIMS, Empower and ELN will be a plus ;

1.4    熟练使用excel，word，power point等office操作软件；

Familiar with the usage of excel, word, power point etc.;

1.5    善于沟通，探索及思考
