1. 管理和督促区域内经销商按照公司要求开展业务并提供相应的指导，包括但不限于：店铺人员管理，培训指导，陈列指导，活动企划及实行等日常工作业务；

2. 督促并协助经销商客户达成业绩指标，包括出货指标及门店零售指标；

3. 协助经销商洽谈区域活动；

4. 提供公司阶段性数据及信息的整理及汇报。

职位要求：

1. 5年以上销售工作经验，熟悉高端百货渠道，熟悉耐消品行业优先；

2. 有责任心及抗压能力，有片区经销商管理经验；

3. 有一线终端门店销售及管理经验，锅具类尤佳；

4. 优秀的独立思考能力和较强的商务谈判及组织协调能力；

5. 必须熟练使用office软件；

6. 有及时处理业务困难的执行力，做事有结果；

7. 具有团队协作精神；

8. 能接受频繁出差。
