1. Lead the daily operation of the whole team, ensure import/export and transportation activities comply with company’s policy as well as with government and international law and processes. 

2. Support planning and implementing import/export and transportation strategy and activities consistent with overall company’s goals and requirements.

3. Develop KPI measurement to evaluate vendor performance and conduct regular review for cost and productivity optimization

4. Drive continuous improvement on staff productivity through efficient work practices and KPI management, SIP and Kaizen project

5. Coordinate with other company departments and consultant to attain and/or maintain AEO certification

6. Acts as key member of logistics optimization projects and execution

职位要求：

1. University degree or above, majored in international trading, master degree or MBA is preferred

2. At least three years proven management experience in importation and transportation of relevant industries  

3. Good communication and cooperation skills

4. Familiar with government policy, regulation and law for I/E business and transportation

5. Broad experience in FCL/LCL Ocean import, bulk transportation,

6. Honest and diligent

7. High sense of responsibility, good team spirit and be able to work under pressure

8. Fluent English, skills in oral Japanese is preferred
