AR & Revenue Accountant 应收&收入会计
Central Finance Team
Shanghai, China
Synopsis:
Along with EF fast growth in the China market, we are looking for a talent to join us as the AR & Revenue Accountant in Shanghai finance team and to be based in Shanghai, China.
The Role:
Act as an active member in a high-performing team delivering high-quality services in AR & Revenue handling. To improve AR & Revenue process, to ensure timely, accurate, and effective standard book-keeping, and other key financial outputs, you should be professional accounting specialist in EF central finance team.
Responsibilities:
? Check and verify weekly/monthly sales report consolidation and make system booking
? Invoice management including RED Invoice
? Maintain timely clearance of A/R collection
? Support Inventory Reconciliation
? Do income reconciliation and make sure all data input accurately and reliably
? Monthly deferred revenue calculation and booking
? Follow up AR outstanding issue and eliminate overdue risk
? Well communicates with central/school cashier team and sales department for revenue recognition
? AR & Revenue voucher filing and other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
? Bachelor/college degree and majored in Finance or Accounting
? Well organized, Mature, Diligent and Highly responsible
? 3- 5 years' related working experience in accounting, AR experience is preferred
? Good communicator and team player, and can work independently
? Familiar with MS office and other business systems
? Good spoken & written in English
