1. Assist team leader to plan promotional activities, ensure the effectiveness of the activities.

2. Maximize ROI for all in-store POS,ans also tracking of activities.

3. Building the store image standard for improving consumor experience, eg. products display\ vivid display standard\Demonstration standard;

4. In-store communication material design develpment and production leveraging 3rd part agencies;

5. In-store communication distribution to regional sales and stores,manage marketing spending effectively;

6. Provide necessary supports and follow-up for trade marketing programs with regional sales;

7. Competitor’s latest market information and activities POS&promotion;

8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

 

 

Requirement

1. Must have trade marketing experience 3+ years, Durable consumer goods  category experience is preferred.

2. Excellent planning and organizing skill

3. With beauty and fashion sense,able to lead designers to come up with good creative ideas;

4. Strong team cooperate & problem solving ability, can work under pressure
