Main Responsibilities

-          Develop and follow project plan (schedule, resource, and financial), and reports project status to senior management team at weekly project review meeting.

-          Build up suitable project team for different projects. Act as the key liaison among all functions and implementation team; this could include multiple cross-continental sites. Communicate with all stakeholders.

-          Arrange project kick-off meeting and follow on project meetings with project team. Control and monitor the progress of whole project.

-          Create and maintain budget and material costs spending.

-          Ensure that the team follows the APQP process and that all documentation relating to the status of the project is correctly managed and updated.

-          Organize the review of project planning sign off (Gate One), design sign off (Gate Two), process sign off (Gate Three) and validation sign off (Gate Four), present in monthly sign-off meeting.

-          Evaluate project results including confirmation of project deliverables.

-          Engage with customer. Understand latest IMI Precision requirements and technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

-          Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or related fields.

-          Project Management Training (PMI certificate preferred).

-          Proficient in verbal and written English.

-          5+ years engineering project management experience

-          8+ years of working experience

-          Experienced in managing end-to-end product development, including managing cross functional team members across multiple sites (preferred)

-          Experienced in APQP or Stage-gate process including FMEA

-          Strong analytical/problem solving skills, time management and awareness of business and finance implications

-          Strong at innovation, initiative, professionalism, organisational and interpersonal skills, teamwork, integrity, accountability and sense of urgency

-          General office and PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
