Responsibilities/岗位职责:

1. Supporting on system promotion of institutional building and related project tracking.
2. Assist in the implementation and promotion of institution building, training, and reviews.
3. Optimize the compliance training materials and proficiency in training online system. Promote the training system across multiple sites.
4. Identify potential compliance risk and develop the preventive measures or improve the process.

职位要求:

1. Bachelor degree and above, 5+working experience in compliance, legal, QA in pharmaceutical company.
2. Training or institution optimization experience is a plus.
3. High sense of responsibility, integrity and quality, logical thinking, strong analysis and judgment capability.
4. Fast learner, strong execution, excellent team spirit and communication skill.

                    Good  oral and written English.
