Key accountabilities:

1. Library construction for yeast display;

2. Antibody affinity maturation using yeast display;

3. Selection of novel antibody targets using yeast display system;

4. Develop novel yeast display systems;

5. Expression and characterization proteins in yeast;

6. Lead a small team with managerial role in project development.

Requirements:

1. MSc, preferably PhD in related discipline

2. Hands-on experience in yeast display, protein engineering using yeast expression systems.

3. Strong skills in molecular biology, e.g. PCR, molecular cloning, etc.

4. Thorough understanding of antibody structure/function and antibody engineering concepts.

5. Having a sound knowledge of site directed mutagenesis, error prone mutagenesis, and multiple sites mutagenesis is a plus.

6. Good communication skills
