岗位职责：

1. Manage QA teams in the areas of on-the-floor QA (including warehouse, cell banking, DS, and QC functions), QA Lot Disposition for cell banks and DS, as well as QA client management for Biologics Drug Substance production.
2. Work with Quality Systems group and assist with external audits and/or quality due diligence visits performed at the Wuxi, Shanghai site of WuXi Biologics. Assist with performing internal audits as well as vendor audits for Wuxi Biologics GMP functions as needed.
3. Provide leadership and manage daily operations of DS production related QA activities at the Shanghai site.
4. Provide leadership and manage daily operations of CMC project management/client management of all CMC projects from QA perspectives at the Shanghai site.
5. Provide leadership and manage daily operations of Drug Substance QA support for Shanghai GMP Pilot Plant (SGP) facility.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or higher with a major in biology, pharmacy, chemistry, or other related major.
2. 12+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry, with 8+ years in QA.
3. Fluent in spoken and written English.
4. Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organization skills,
6. Strong leadership and team-work.
