Job description:

Project Phase:

1. Participated in project design as a user, provided reasonable Suggestions, and completed design delivery with other departments and design institutes;

2. Participate in technical clarification of bidding, provide acceptance standards and URS;

3. Put forward rectification opinions on the construction quality on site, and supervised the suppliers and the construction party to complete the rectification;

4. Participate in leading the final acceptance, manage suppliers to submit materials as required, and receive the system under the premise of function, compliance and safety compliance.

Operation and maintenance stage:

1. Responsible for daily operation, maintenance, maintenance and verification of the equipment to ensure the safe and normal operation of the company's chilled water, air conditioning, cold room and other systems.

2. Completed the SOP preparation and training of the above systems.

3. Cooperate with internal audit, customer audit and external audit.

4. Ensure all team activities comply with cGMP and company quality, compliance and EHS policies.

5. Continuous improvement of equipment and daily management.

6. Implement regulations on personnel training, labor discipline and assessment.

7. Completed the temporary work assigned by the superior.

岗位职责：

项目阶段：

1. 作为用户参与项目设计，提供合理化建议，与其他部门及设计院完成设计交付；

2. 参与投标技术澄清、提供接受标准及URS；

3. 对于现场施工质量提出整改意见，监督供应商及工程建设方完成整改；

4. 参与主导最终验收，管理供应商按要求提交资料，在功能、合规和安全符合要去的前提下接收系统。

   运维阶段：

1. 负责设备的日常运行、维护、保养和验证，确保公司冷冻水、压空、空调、冷库等系统安全正常运行。

2. 完成以上系统的SOP编写、培训工作。

3. 配合公司内审、客户审计及外部审计。

4. 确保团队一切活动符合cGMP及公司质量、合规、EHS政策。

5. 对设备及日常管理工作进行持续改进。

6. 执行人员的培训、劳动纪律、考核等规定。

完成上级交办的临时工作。

  

Job requirements:

? 1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, major in HVAC, water treatment, electrical and mechanical engineering or related.

? 2. More than 5 years maintenance work experience.

?3. More than 3 years of team leadership experience

? 4. Familiar with Office software.

? 5. English reading and writing ability.

? 6. More than 3 years' working experience in pharmaceutical plant.
