岗位职责:

The Wholesale Credit Risk Analytics Manager is primarily responsible for supporting
- the development and validation of wholesale credit risk capital models (PD/EAD/LGD)
- the closure of model related findings from IMR, audit and regulators
- the preparation of model governance meeting materials
- the processes streamlining and automation

任职资格:

Qualifications
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Mathematics, Risk Management, Statistics or a related field.

Experience
- Have a good understanding of credit (PD/EAD/LGD) modelling, in particular within the wholesale environment
- Experienced in banking industry, including experience in Risk and in a business line (preferably corporate). 4 years above related experience is preferred
- Prefer to have a hands on experience in stress testing and Basel modelling and validation
- Prefer to have experience in Basel and HKMA regulatory capital rules

Skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and multinational culture and cope with high pressure
- Proven writing and analytical skills
- Quantitatively capable
- Hands on experience in programming language such as (but not limited to) SAS, S+, Matlab, R or Python
- Hands on experience or strong interest in modelling including (but not limited to) both traditional and machine learning techniques
