Job Description

Our IoT consulting team plays an essential role in achieving IoT innovation throughout the Asia Pacific region within
Bosch Group. Being a Technical IoT Consultant, you will provide technical consulting and support to various Bosch
business divisions, allowing our customers to leverage the Bosch IoT Ecosystem to quickly create and develop
innovative connected solutions across various Bosch domains, such as Smart Home, Connected Mobility, Smart
Energy and Intelligent Manufacturing.
With us you will...
? Act as technical consultant to customers and execute role as part of wider consulting team whilst being conversant
with business methodology
? Take the role of Technical IoT Consultant for the design and consultancy of end-to-end IoT solutions
? Responsible for leading solution presentations towards customers. Support to achieve customer technical solution
approval
? Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the agreed design successfully integrates with Bosch internal
service.
We need you to have...
? Solid understanding of core IoT technologies (NB-IoT, LoRA, BT, MQTT, CoAP, etc.)
? Proven technical experience encompassing design and development of IoT solutions
? Proven experience with cloud technologies (Cloud Foundry, AWS, Azure, etc.)
? Excellent communication skills including verbal, presentation, email and social interaction
? Customer relationship management skills with ability to interact comfortably at Director level
? Strong decision making skills - ability to balance conflicting interests

Qualifications

Qualifications
Required Skill Set
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer or similar disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Software Development and IT Architectures
- Strong Software Development skills (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Strong experience with cloud computing technologies and various cloud computing environment, such as Azure,
AWS, AliCloud, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to translate complex technical requirements to a nontechnical
audience
Preferred Additional Skills
- Solid understanding of new and emerging technologies around IoT
- Practical IoT projects experiences
- Understanding of basic security concepts
- Experience in Internet facing application architecture
- Experience with requirements engineering, project management, as well as compliance and technical
documentation
- Experience working on Agile teams
