职位描述

岗位职责:

Impact on the Business/Function
? Lead Training Interventions for FCR Operations staff that help improve performance in keeping with best practices in training
? Liaise with cross-site QA, Education, Operations teams to produce effective, timely learning interventions.
? Support preparation and implementation of the Annual Training Plan and provide clear strategic directions to the site Training Managers and Education Subject Matter Experts
? Ensure training imparted to employees is of high quality and performance standards are achieved within the set timescales

Customers / Stakeholders
? Agree, develop and deliver training plan to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
? Ensure timely implementation of migrations training schedules by effective learning management of new joiners.
? Periodically arrange for trainings/ presentations to be delivered by external /internal speakers to foster staff capabilities and professionalism.
? Ensure the inclusion of the most relevant and updated content for learning interventions in order to effectively impact performance
? Ensure clear communication with stakeholders on project timelines and quality and type of deliverables
? Ensure periodic review of training content and artefacts and recommend changes that need to be made. Ownership of all content related to assigned work-type.

Leadership & Teamwork
? Anticipate the needs of business, and partner with leadership to proactively develop & own training needs
? Effectively manage team performance to achieve business objectives by providing opportunities for growth in skill and capabilities which contributes to professional development of team members.
? Lead and maintain a team of Training Managers, China, Malaysia, Cairo, Krakow GSCs and ASP in-country sites.
? Ensure adequate development and training is provided to the team to develop skills and competency within FCR Operations.

Operational Effectiveness & Control
? Ensure employees adhere to the established operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC or regulatory standards and policies, especially given the regulatory implications associated with FCR.
? Ensure all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring and address any areas of concern in conjunction with operations management and/or the appropriate department.
? Maintains HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators


任职资格:

Background in Learning & Development/Training Environment.
? Prior experience in managing FCR training programs is an added advantage.
? Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in the FCR Operations domain.
? Strong communication & presentation skills required with excellent planning & organization skills.
? Highly effective in working with all levels of management and staff; adapts well to culturally diverse work environments with ability to manage resources in the most effective way to achieve cost/service levels.
? Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation in an ever-changing environment.
? Ability to analyze large amounts of data efficiently, draw conclusions on what the data means and actions required.
? Willingness to travel where required.
? Experience in training techniques, methods, evaluation.
? Ability to effectively lead, coach and motivate staff.
? Strong relationship management skills with the ability to manage & engage multiple stakeholders, meet their expectations, negotiate in situations of conflicting interests and influence key decision makers in a positive manner.
? Highly effective in working with all levels of management and staff and able to work and influence decision making in a matrix environment.
? Operates effectively across cultures and in multi-cultural diverse work environments.
