Roles and Responsibilities

角色和职责

• Assistant  Production/Technical Manager for ensure quality delivery and safety compliance for all production elements of the events
• Implement, supervise and manage the execution for all production on site
• Recommend construction and/or implementation methods; materials and equipment; as well as vendors and partners
• Work with creative, technical and producer teams to plan, work and coordinate detailed production
• Provide production costs to producer team and manage production budget
• Evaluate vendors and partners' performance and delivery
• Generating and maintaining production specifications, budgets, production schedules, floor plans

• 助理制作/技术经理，确保所有设备要素的质量和安全合规
• 实施，监督和管理现场所有设备的执行
• 推荐技术和/或实施的方法; 材料和设备; 以及供应商和合作伙伴
• 与创新，技术和制作团队合作，规划，工作并协调项目过程中的细节环节
• 向技术团队提供制作成本并管理设备预算
• 评估供应商和合作伙伴的绩效和交货过程
• 维护并制作规范，预算，制作计划，平面图和技术图纸

Qualification Requirements

资历要求

• Fluent Mandarin and English skills both in writing and speaking
• Familiar with the usage of lighting, sound & AV systems is highly preferred
• Good time management skill, strong responsibility, self-motivated, ability to work under multi-task pressure and willing to work flexible hours
• Willing-to-learn attitude of new production techs and materials etc.
• Immediate available is highly preferred

• 可以流利使用普通话和书面写作能力
• 能熟练使用灯光和音视频系统的会被优先考虑
• 有良好的时间管理能力,责任心强,有上进心,能够在有复杂任务的压力下工作,有灵活的工作时间
• 愿意积极学习新的制作技术和新型材料等
• 能立即投入工作的会被优先考虑录用
