Responsible for overall maintenance of customer demands, demand forecast accuracy improvement in system

Release weekly delivery request to Production team

下达周出货计划给生产计划部

Coordinate cross functions inside &outside Hella to ensure on time delivery and achieve better supplying performance

协调海拉内部和外部相关部门以保证按时交货和达到良好供货业绩

Coordinate cross functions inside &outside Hella for customer complaint , to get solutions asap

在海拉内部和外部相关部门协调处理客户投诉，尽早得到解决方案

Set up and guarantee safety stock

设置合理安全库存

Analyze inventory levels and quality &drive cross functional inventory action plans

分析库存水平，推进相关部门库存管理

Maintaining optimum stock levels through regular analysis of inventory, accurate piloting and implementation of corrective action plans when necessary

通过定期库存分析，优化库存水平。正确引领和执行行动计划

Necessary requirements

3 more years of planning experience in auto industry

3年以上相关汽车行业工作经验

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

熟练操作Excel, PowerPoint 和 Word;

SAP knowledge

熟练SAP系统

Conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner

专业地从事日常工作及职责

High level of accuracy

Must be conscientious and maintain confidentiality in daily operations
