Taylor and Francis Group currently have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Journals Sales team based in Beijing, China. This is a great opportunity to start your career within a supportive team environment.
What you will be doing:
? Sales Support – assist in supporting sales team with their preparations, follow up actions, and providing excellent customer service.
? Assist in attending to all subscription enquiries and orders from our customers, including price requests, invoicing, payments/receipts, checking subscriptions, managing delivery problems, claims and publication information
? Assist with maintenance of online access to our systems including:
o Facilitate online activation, trials, monitor trial period and end access
o Check and update online details
o Manage usage reports
? Assist the team with various administrative duties as required
What we are looking for:
? Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin with strong customer service skills
? Skilled at Microsoft Office software
? Knowledge of SAP application would be preferable but training will be provided
? Excellent team player
? The ability to take the initiative and manage your own time and a busy workload
