1.0 工作描述JOB DESCRIPTION

1.1 负责协调部门细胞建库项目排班。制定部门GMP的细胞建库项目排程，协调建库项目的项目负责人以及房间。

Responsible to coordinate scheduling of cell banking projects. Responsible for organization of cell banking project schedule, arrange project functional lead and production room. 

1.2 负责细胞建库项目的送检工作协调，以及与检测单位沟通、定期更新检测需求。

Responsible for scheduling cell banking testing and sample submission, communicate with testing department, periodically renew testing requests. 

1.3 协助进行业务流程SOP的制定以及升级。与其他业务部门如质量控制部以及项目管理部沟通项目进度以及相关工作。

Responsible for drafting and updating business process SOPs. Communicate with other functions such as QC and Project Management for project-related issues.

1.4 完成上级交待的其他相关任务。

Responsible to complete other relevant assignments from the supervisor.

2.0 人员资质 PERSONAL QUALIFICATION

2.1 大专以上学历，生物、化学、医药等相关专业，或具有同等工作经验的人员。

College degree (or above) with major in Biology, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Engineering or related Science major or person with equivalent experiences.

2.2 具有优秀的沟通能力.

Good communication and presentation skills. 

2.3 具有认真负责且细心的品质。

Must be conscientious, responsible and careful.
