岗位要求：

1.  统筹和协调实验室日常实验工作，带领团队完成日常实验任务并对结果进行准确分析；

2.  协理实验室日常事务，完善实验室各项工作职能；

3.  带教新成员，完成考核等评价工作；

4.  对内对外顺畅沟通，确保实验室日常运行稳定；

5.  协助完成实验室质量工作，并有义务督促执行并监督。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上，临床医学或检验学相关专业，初级以上职称

2.五年以上实验室工作经验，至少一至两年管理工作经验
