职位描述
协助领导和指导葡萄酒和酒吧的服务。
To assist in leading and directing the wine list, service of wine and bar.
保持最高的服务标准。
To maintain the highest service standards.
激励团队达到这些标准。
To motivate the team to achieve these standards.
以增加收入和盈利水平和提高服务质量为目标,创造和开发新想法。
To create and develop new ideas with the goal of increasing the levels of revenue and profitability and increasing the quality of service.

Strive to for fill objectives set for the restaurant, assist in develop the marketing strategy.

Responsible for attaining the revenue targets.
负责创建和维护餐厅和酒吧的葡萄酒,饮料和鸡尾酒清单。
Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the wine, beverage and cocktail lists for the restaurant and bar.
采购来自世界各地的特殊和卓越葡萄酒。
Sourcing of wines of exception and excellence from around the world.
与采购部门合作获取许可证或产品。
Working with the purchasing department to acquire licences or products.
监视和维护以上。
Monitoring and maintaining of above.
负责酒吧和酒窖的日常运营,确保始终保持酒和饮料的覆盖范围。
To be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bar and wine cellar, ensuring that wine and beverage coverage is maintained at all times.
通过严格控制和定期和频繁地购买所有饮料(硬和软),减少浪费并增加利润。
Minimize wastage and increase profits through tight control and stock taking all beverage items (hard and soft) on a regular and frequent basis.
严格控制酒吧区域的实物现金流量,确保所有酒吧服务人员和付款遵守正确的程序,实施安全措施防止滥用物品及偷盗行为。
To tightly regulate the physical cash flow of the bar area ensuring that correct procedures and policies are being adhered to by all bar and wine waiters and tenders, implementing security steps to prevent the misuse and/or pilfering of monies and/or goods.

To provide a service to clients of the highest standard as are set by the Companies minimum standards and to ensure that the brigade do likewise.
