Missions :

Administration :

• Dep. administrative management, coordination and sum up of working planning and teams objectives

• Management of contracts and other related documents: assortment, filing and keeping;

• Meetings/activities cooridinations

• Collecting, assorting, filing and updating business cards and informations of busienss paterners;

• Other Dep. administrative works and coordinations

Assistance to Digital Director

• Meeting and calendar coordinations

• Updating E-com benchmark report and providing valuable remarks

• Other assistance works for better team performance

  • Website monitoring

  • Brandzones monitoring in search engines and WeChat

Budget and T/E

• Consolidation in prepration process

• Regular check, controle and report

Required skills :

Good in organization，communication and coordination

Flexible and easy to collaborate with different teams (local and global teams)

Master of office software: Power point, Word, Excel…

Good English written and spoken, French is a plus.
