Position Statement/岗位职责：

This position is responsible for leading the Ligand Binding Assay (LBA) Department in Medicilon, with overall responsibility for providing large molecule bioanalysis. It will have the overall responsibility for planning and implementing the budget; managing bioanalytical work, training employees and conducting employee performance reviews. Ensuring that all GLP regulations, SOPs, and protocols are followed by appropriate personnel. Keep up with the latest knowledge, technologies, and regulations in the field, and grow the department.

Qualifications Requirement/任职资格:

·    PhD degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or M.S. degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor degree in relevant fields with 10 years of relevant experience.

博士学历，至少5年的相关工作经历；或硕士学历，至少8年的工作经验或具有本科学历并在相关领域有至少10年的工作经验。

·    Srong background knowledge in immunology and experienced in LBA and GLP, have deep understanding in the field of LBA bioanalysis, including method development, method validation and sample analyis.

·    具有深厚的免疫学知识，LBA和GLP经验；深入了解LBA生物分析中的方法开发，方法验证及样品分析。

·    Ability to lead and manage staff in growing and changing environment.

具有领导和管理员工应对环境变化的能力。

·    Excellent organizational and communication skills, both reading and writing in both English and Chinese.

具有较强的组织和沟通能力，及中英文读写能力。
